Ok, here’s the plan…

So I’m going to shoot for posting once a week right now. Mostly because I just don’t have enough things to write about I think, and spacing out the posts should give me some more time to figure out my “voice”.

Obviously I want to talk about fasting. But I’m definitely not an expert and at this point it’s just kind of about continuing to keep grinding as there is only so much you can talk about “not” doing something.

I would also love to talk about exercise though, and gardening, school, studying, languages, relationships, music, and the list goes on and on. haha.

So this blog will probably turn into more of a diary of sorts, which probably isn’t a bad thing.

I love learning, and I love teaching. I find I actually learn the best when I know that I need to articulate back to somebody whatever it is I’m learning. So I hope you love learning too!

In my next post I’m going to talk about my experiences with studying and reading for school while fasting.

Finally back on schedule!

So I haven’t written a post in a little over a week because I have had company most of that time, and to be honest, I just didn’t get around to it.

But that is over now and it is back the regularly scheduled programming haha.

I only fasted one day over the last week, but again, that’s ok, fasting is meant to flexible and I’m flexing the crap out of it!

I am currently fasted and will continue until until Saturday morning, but then I’m going camping, so I’m going to enjoy some good ol’ camp food!

I’m going to keep this post short, there will be a more detailed post next week on managing hunger while fasting!
